The root cause of Type-2 Diabetes is a hormonal imbalance. Too much insulin and too much estrogen. My program will help you to lower insulin and estrogen, and it is highly recommended for those with Type-2 Diabetes
Acne is caused by inflammation, hormonal imbalances or a mixture of both - this course will lower inflammation by healing the digestive system, healing the endocannabinoid system, dysregulating the nervous system, while balancing the hormones. I highly recommend this program for those with acne.
All you need to do is set the time aside in a quiet room where you will not be disturbed. Lie down, put the audio on in your headphones, close your eyes and relax for the duration of the hypnotherapy. You do not need to do anything except breathe and relax.
That can depend on how much endocrine, digestive and nervous system damage your body has undergone. Some people get results within the first 1 - 2 weeks - Often times it can take the full 8 weeks to go through the healing process, and some people will get results then. This process is not a quick-fix, rather an internal healing and wellness program that can take time to manifest into tangible results - but trust me, it'll be worth it!
Unfortunately, this program is not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women
The hormonal fallout that happens to women during menopause responds very well to the strategies in this training. The Ketogenic eating plan combined with Intermittent Fasting is the most effective way to return the hormones to homeostasis before, during and after menopause. I have had many amazing results from clients with this program.
